"So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. For you shall go out with joy, And be led out with peace..."
Isaiah 55:11-12

God's Word: His voice, His heart, the expression of His will and purpose, His message, His mission... It's not empty. It's not going to fail. It accomplishes. It will always prosper. He created the world with His Word and everything He spoke became. I can trust His word. I can trust what His view is for my life. He wants to accomplish joy and peace in me. I will speak what He says and it will be.

It shall accomplish what He pleases, not what I please. I notice the tendency in myself to some times interpret it the way I want to, instead of submitting myself to His will. I have to trust that He knows what He is doing, and place myself in His hands. He loves me, He is faithful, and He is all powerful, and He never lies.
